I’ve done quads and glutes. Strangely enough my left quad is
just a bit sore the day after, whereas my right quad it feels
like I’ve got a dead leg for a week.
Glute was a non issue though fortunately so I rotate left quad
and right glute.

I suppose when you find a nice site, if there can be such a
thing, you stick to it (excuse the pun)

Pecs are a wonderfully easy shot tbh. Simply cross your straight
arm over the opposite thigh while sitting to bunch up the pec a
little. COMPLETELY relax the muscle. Use a 25g orange 5/8"
I must caution though.....
The pec muscle is very close to the outer skin, especially when
lean eg sternum striations visible on flex. The fat layer is
hugely thinner than other areas. Added to that you won't be
going as deep generally....
Be VERY thorough in post shot massaging the site as a sterile
abcess formation will noticeable by a small lump. Likewise scar
tissue gristle build-up will become apparent (visible) over
time. Therefore limit pec shots for heavy cycles whereby the
sheer volume of oil requires several sites weekly

What sort of volume of shots would you need before gristle build
up? I have done about 8 shots so far and hard to see/feel where
I did it previously.
Also are sterile abscesses common then?
