       Heating up test e

In the past I used amps, which made warming up easier, this time
I have a 10cc vial. Is it still best practice to warm this up
before use? Just not sure of the best way?

Thanks mate. Need some advice please. My shoulder still feels
like I've been punched a bit, and today I'm not feeling 100%,
now this might be because I went out cycling last night in
really bad weather, or it's in my mind due to the sore shoulder.
Look and feel wise, looks the same as my right, no redness and
swelling, just that bruised feeling. my temp is 36.1c.

       It's normal
Shoulders and smaller muscle groups always tend to be more sore
than the same volume shot into glutes.

Thanks mate. At least I now own an inner ear thermometer and a
BP monitor. In general if there is a post pin infection does
the side always go red and puffy, basically is it obvious?? I
was so more chilled out when younger.

Pain, area usually red & overly warm. You might also expect to
       feel a little unwell, headachy

I was going to try the pecs next but I'm not too sure now.
Annoyingly I always used to use delts an ipecs maybe I was
       bigger back then?

I tried quads years ago, got the pin in about 3mm and ouch, my
leg went into spasm. The glutes, every time I jabbed it stung
       like a wasp sting.
To be honest, my first shoulder jab two week ago must have been
in the wrong place, since then I have done the right and left
delts without any problems. I used to use the pecs as well,
without any real issue, just used to feel like I had done a real
hard workout. I did do the biceps as well, but never again!!

I’ve done quads and glutes. Strangely enough my left quad is
just a bit sore the day after, whereas my right quad it feels
like I’ve got a dead leg for a week.
Glute was a non issue though fortunately so I rotate left quad
       and right glute.
