What are your brushes with fame?

... or any near miss opportunities that could have seen you
       being famous too?
Had a couple of classic 80s 'celeb' (I use that term loosely)
       interactions.
I played basketball a few times with Chris Akabusi in the early
       90s down in Portsmouth.
Went out for a Pizza with a couple of musicians from Jonny Hates
Jazz and Katrina and the Waves (dated backing singer from KATW
eurovision song at the time), again an early 90s brush.
Gave Micky Dolenz a gym induction.
Here's one for a far reach, I worked with a guy who is married
to Jamie Oliver's sister in law LOL
I await being easily topped by almost anyone here on all of
       those :P

I've had tweets from Duncan Jones (film director son of Bowie)
and Boy George....do they count? LOL
I literally bumped into Roger Moore on Baker Street in London as
he came round the corner of a side street.
Gary Numan kissed me on my cheek on my 18th birthday

TM.... Jenna Jameson... LOL that requires further explanation.
       Some cool ones there tho.
My Mrs would be well jealous of Gary Newman. A mate and I bumped
in to Stephen Fry here in Cambridge once, my mate just gave it a
"oh, alright, mate" like he knew him and carried on walking.

He was lovely! My boyfriend and I at the time knew he'd be in
one of 2 local hotels after his gig. Fortunately we gambled on
the right one and got there before the coach and the entourage
that followed and weren't allowed in by security! The whole
party sat next to us in another open booth and he actually
turned round and asked why we didn't join them, didn't want to
intrude but when he heard me speak he laughed as I'd lost my
voice through singing too much [emoji23]

in the Mirage Casino bar and a load of the porn stars came into
the bar for drinks and the after party.
Stood next to me at the bar, i tried to hit on her and failed ;D

I was on a cruise ship in the early 80's as a small child, and I
used to have my 5pm evening meal with Roy Kinnear and his son
Rory. It was a ship full of 80's celebs, some still alive,
       just!!
I spent a few minutes chatting to Sean Bratches the Managing
Director of Commercial Operations for Formula 1 at the French GP
       last year.
       What a dismal list!!!
