I promise this is the last post about BP. I always thought that
after cardio BP is raise, but just came back from a tough cycle
ride and it's now 112/72. I know it will rise later.

I believe that would be slightly unusual for it to lower
       immediately post exercise

Just did mine out of curiosity as it's been a while and got
132/86 with HR at 55BPM.. also around 16st but on a TRT cruise.
I should probably watch this more when blasting

I've had lower pressure before after a tough cycle out. I can
       watch this now anyway.

I've never had high blood pressure, except for when on my last
test cycle. Had an occ health test at work and it came back as
just above the green zone, although she still said it was
nothing to worry about. Obviously I didn't tell her I was on
anything. The nurse was fit mind, maybe that had an effect as
       well.

when I was in my early 30's mine was at around 142/93. I was
told that I had to get this down. At that time I did no cardio,
ate too much bad food and lifted heavy.
I now aim to stay fit and cycle (bike) a lot more.

Were you on cycle in your 30's though?

I did a few dbol only cycles during my mid 20's, didn't get BP
taken. But, when I was 33 I was on 500-750 mg per week of test
       e. I did that a few times until 2010.
