Been 12 weeks.... don't forget that the first 2 weeks saw a
dramatic drop in water etc, at least 4-5kg in the first 2 weeks

Decent session there bud, how have you found strength levels on

Bit crap... mainly pressing wise but that's not unusual for me
and I'm also comparing to coming off a blast too which will
obviously see a drop there anyway as I cruise on quite a low
dose. So cutting cals, post blast = fuck all strength (more so
       than usual LOL)

Yeah i'm the same ...my pressing strength dies towards the end
       of a long cut.

dodgy shoulders doesn't aid the situation there either. Don't
feel it so much with back or even legs, obviously arms is
neither here nor there, but pressing is a bastard

102.2 this morning, that's a full week in the 102s and finished
the week at my lightest. No idea what was in store for today
being an upper day and both shoulders acting up so fully aware
that today's session would require some damage limitation. Being
the last one of the block there's no point in killing myself for
       1 session.
       Incline Dumb Bell Press - 45deg: 10x15s, 10x25s, 5x35s, 42.5s
       x11, 10, 9, 8, 7
       Cable X Overs: 11x#5, #7x17, 13, 11, #6x11, 10...#4x8...#3x16
       Wide Grip Barbell Row: 75x15, 12, 11, 10, 10
       Rope Pull Downs: 10x#8, #11+5kg x14, 12, 10, 9, 10...
       #10x5...#7x8
       Drag Curls - Smith Machine (add 5kg): 45x15, 12, 11, 11, 10...
       35x10... 30x10
Wrist Curls - Rack Pin Lever flexion: totally forgot but also
       running long by now.
Mobility work done and all feeling good, but that's been the
case all week. Tentatively grabbed the 15s for warming up and
while nervous felt fine, next I went for 25s, kicked them up and
all went fine again. Not sure I'd be so lucky on the 35s, but
again no pain. Still felt reckless grabbing the 42s... settled
on being able to at least match last week as a win. The plan
worked, a bit more confidence etc may have seen more reps but
still worked these to a good RPE, set 3 and 4 were a rep up and
even felt brave enough for a 5th set. Arguably may have cut ROM
a tad out of fear but essentially this was a very pleasant
surprise especially as the shoulder still isn't perfect from
Tuesday's incident. Pec dec was fine, went up a full pin but
still hit 3 good sets before it caught up on me and I had to
drop back to #6, rounded it off with a double drop. Upped BB
rows, hit great reps here and another 5th set. Rope PDs were up
just a bit, another 2.5kg, but not easy to get the reps in by
now, locked in a bit more as I went along, 5 sets and then a
drop saw the back pump taking full effect. Drag curls for biceps
felt surprisingly good considering what they'd already done,
followed the weekly trend of 5 sets and then a double drop for
the swoleness. I had been geared up for level work but then
somehow forgot, no harm no foul.

When you say no point killing yourself as last session of the
block, I know you mean shoulders but do you feel you overreach
sufficiently? Your whole block has bee leading up to this week,
are you really out of your comfort zone and pushing 110%. While
lots of volume, how do you rate intensity out of 10 ?

       LMAO!
Careful bud or he will report you to the mod!
Cracking work and yes whilst I agree the last week is the
hardest/overreach you cannot discount the benefit of previous
weeks leading up to it. Obviously it would cost you more in the
long run if you pushed hard and broke something. Playing it
       smart wins every time.
       Solid work mate.

Well in this week I was probably averaging about 20 working sets
per muscle group, every set pretty much to technical failure or
very close RPE 9 minimum, added in some drop sets... I'm happy
that work rate is high enough in this week, it feels it and I
feel it afterwards. And as you point out, I refer to killing
myself in terms of fucking up my shoulder no fatiguing myself.
The week before is hitting RPE 8-9 too.
Next block will also using the same exercises as this.
