It just sounded like someone squashed a grape for a second, but
I think it pinched something. It's a little delicate in certain
planes but it's feeling OK in general.
I'm 2kg away clothed so I more than likely I am a legit sub 100
in my birthday suit.
Physio booked for next Thursday.... saved myself £10 by not
choosing a slot before 9am but it did mean waiting a week LOL
[/quote]
Still sounds awful. Physio will hopefully report nothing serious
then - just some workover to loosen up

There were a couple of quad pose downs a week or 2 ago, no-one
commented so I assumed no-one had watched the vids for a while
to see them >:( LOL

I do, ATM about 120g of oats with an over-heaped scoop of whey,
milk, some grapes and choc chips and a glass of juice

Not too concerned (ATM) about the good shoulder injury, mainly
hoping he can fix whatever the fuck has been going on in what
has been my bad shoulder for what must be over 2 years now. I
can move the good shoulder fine now, it only sting under load so
it's progressed nicely in a couple of days already

102.8 this morning so nearly a whole week under 103. Hams still
feeling it after Monday's session so today would see an
interesting start but it's peak week and I have a job to do.
Keep an eye out for extreme improvisation tactics coming in to
play at the end.
Yolk Bar Good Mornings: 10x40, 10x60, 7x80, 110x17, 15, 13, 12,
10
Single BO Hamstring Curl: #4x16, 14, 13, 13, 11
Split Squat, Smith - Rear Elevated (+5kg): 40x12, 12, 11, 10
Leg Extension: x#8, 12x17, 14, 13, 13, 12... #9x6... #6x6
Close Grip Floor Press: 8x60, shoulder not liking after warm up
so ditched
Laying Cable Extension - X over: 20kg x15, 14, 11, 11, 10...
15kg x7... 10kgx7
Ab Machine Tricep Press: 91kg x14, 14, 14, 14, 20, 20
Mobilisation work all feeling fairly good and ready to go. GMs
feeling good, warm up loosened the hams up nicely (altho feeling
it now). Chucked some extra weight on and banged out more reps
and more sets than I have done for a while... was getting a bit
wobbly at the end tho. Interesting one with single ham curls,
glute behaved quite well, same weight but hit strong explosive
reps and more than of late, 5th set didn't even mind either. The
extra ham work did take it out of me and altho BSS was obviously
going to be harder with the progression rate I'm getting by a
new exercise I could feel the fatigue effect. 4 sets and I was
struggling so drew a line there. But still had extensions to go,
intense but not fatiguing in the same way so went up in weight,
dialled out a strong and controlled 5 sets then for good measure
threw in a double drop. On to triceps... had a go at floor press
but it was comfy on the shoulder I did on Tuesday so being on my
last week wasn't going to do myself in so headed upstairs to
just get extensions covered. Being fresher extra reps weren't a
problem, felt good and crisp and by way of compensation finished
with another double drop. Then my improvisation curiosities got
the better of me while I was up on the mezzanine and managed to
concoct a tricep press/ext of sorts on the ab machine took a few
sets and adjustments to get a good set up but the last couple
actually felt good, 91kg is the stack tho...

Weighing yourself after you eat and fully clothed.. you have no
idea how much you actually weigh do you! I hope you don’t save
your AM dump for after weigh in.
And I know you can say it’s the same everyday so it doesn’t
matter.. but it probably does. Food fluctuates water in the
body, all clothes don’t weigh the same and can be affected by
humidity etc .. it’s bet you don’t even count your grapes !
My brain cannot cope with the haphazard style of data
collection!!

I wear the same each day... so what I wore last Thursday was
exactly what I wore this Thursday. I have 4 or 5 grapes
depending on size in each bowl. I poo twice before I train/weigh
in amazingly.
I don't need to know exactly what I weigh, I need to know the
general trend of my weight.
I shall continue to blow our mind with my brazen disregard for
precision

As soon as you dip under that 100kg, you go from ‘hey big guy’
to ‘lightweight’! It’s a clever way for you to stay in the ‘hey
big guy’ catagory for longer! Haha
Well played big guy ! Or are you ... ??

And as soon as I feel like I'm staling I strip off and instantly
feel the reward of weighing less LOL... probably worth noting I
have no scales at home. If I did I'd weigh myself naked
post-poo. In that sense, my naked weight is probably now in
'lightweight, DYEL territory

To lose BF, was getting a bit chunky at 113
