102 dead this morning, getting dangerously close to 100 now
(probably would be if nikid). Managed to bother my good shoulder
today but not anything major I don't think. All good otherwise,
slept well after yesterday's leg session.
       High Cable Flyes: 10x#1, 10x#2, 8x#3, #5x18, 14, 13, 11, 11
       Flat DB Press: 7x35s, 45s x12, 10, 9, 8
       Hammer Machine Press: 8x40, 62.5x12, 10, 10...40x8...20x16
       Tricep Dips - Deep: BWx14 (sore), assisted -32.5x14, 12, 10, 10
       Cable Extensions - Single: #3x13, 12, 11, 10, 10...#2x6...#1x6
       Barbell Wrist Curls: 70x17, 12, 11, 11, 10...60x8...20x25
Mobility work all going well this morning, little extra banded
work too. Cables flyes felt strong, good few extra reps and
threw in a 5th set too. Paid the price a little on DB work,
managed a couple of extra reps tho but it was all a grind. Only
catch was on set 3, a few reps in something made a single
squelch noise in my shoulder... finished the work OK but had
obviously lost line somewhere and munched something. No probs on
hammer work tho, little bit heavier and finished with a double
drop set too which got the pump in nicely. Dips not so comfy,
good shoulder didn't feel stable and it hurt, 1st set wasn't
THAT bad, 2nd set was a no go, but the assisted machine taking
some weight out and fixing the tech to bolt upright with minimal
rotation sorted it out nicely and got some good work on that.
Cable ext were alright and got a drop set finish in there and
finally worst curls, bit more weight, few more rep, drop set and
pumped. Plenty of re-hab work at then end which didn't bother
       things at all.

I wonder how different the cut would have been on a good
       blasting of Tren!

What’s your body composition like now DV. Best you’ve ever
looked now your reaching the end of this cut. I remember last
years effort had you looking in great shape.

Animal, probably VERY different. These shorter phases should
give me a chance to be blasting on occasion while cutting
Billy: I don't feel I'm near that shape yet. I'm tightening up
and look good with a pump but not at the point where choosing
good lighting and mirrors doesn't matter

‘Squelch noise’ sounds awful - no niggling now with it?
We are getting close to a sub 100 DV...

It just sounded like someone squashed a grape for a second, but
I think it pinched something. It's a little delicate in certain
planes but it's feeling OK in general.
I'm 2kg away clothed so I more than likely I am a legit sub 100
       in my birthday suit.
Physio booked for next Thursday.... saved myself £10 by not
choosing a slot before 9am but it did mean waiting a week LOL

Yeah, a sudden surge in traffic... you and me LOL
102.4kg this morning... can I make a whole week in the 102s?
Little bit of twinging on the shoulder after yesterday but it's
still very workable and not feeling like there's any major
injury going on ATM. Mobility work went ahead with no issues
       anyway.
Hammer Cable Rows - weight per side: 10x15, 10x25,7x35, 50x15,
       13, 11, 10, 9
       Inclined Upright Rows: 10x20, 40x14, 12, 13, 12, 12
       Lat Pull Down: #11 x18, 15, 14, 14, 14
       Dumb Bell Preacher Curl: 15s x16, 13, 10, 9, 9... 10s x6... 5s
       x10
       Dumb Bell Hammer Curl, Single: 15s x12, 11, 11, 10, 9
       Calf Raises, Hack Machine: 14x60, 100x20, 17, 14, 14, 13, 13
So once mobilised I got myself going on the cable rows. Bit
heavier this week and hit the reps alright but thru in another
set regardless, all moving well. Upright rows probably went the
best of the block so far, shoulder (both) took these quite well,
also with a heavier load here. LPDs also heavier... also hit
reps really well... also did an extra set. Preacher curls felt
good, got a good set up, strong reps, a 5th set with a drop made
sure of good work there. Expected to pay the price on hammer
curls but seemed to get these in quite well, no idea how I got
the reps I did and not to drop off badly either. All good.
Calves followed the same trend, fair bit heavier, strong set up
       and lots of reps.
