I was thinking this, I only saw about 3 posts all day, work was
even more difficult than ever to get through! Everyone’s given
up again.
Good to see the physio’s still benefiting, despite all the pain
during the sessions.

Need to somehow trigger new topics... I don't want to just
rehash one's we had on MT but it might be worth a go. At least
we're still all here getting our journals done if nothing else
LOL
Physio does seem to be making in-roads but yes, forcing it thru
isn't the most comfortable thing in the world

Marginally up today, 101.2... a whole 200g. 'Good' shoulder a
bit twingey which is annoying, obviously pissed it off CG
pressing yesterday. Other shoulder not so bad post abuse.
Ham/Glute still feeling it, just wish I could pin that issue
down but so far not really getting in the way, hit everything
today just fine.
Yolk Bar Good Mornings: 10x40, 10x60, 7x80, 95x15, 14, 12
Hamstring Curl: 6x#6, #8x13, 11
Split Squat, Smith - Rear Elevated (+5kg): 30x13, 12, 10
Leg Extension: x#8, #10x19, 14
Drag Curl - Smith Machine: 8x20, 40x13, 13, 11
Preacher Curl - Dumb-bell: 12.5kg x14, 12, 9
Mobility work felt good today, both sides feeling the most even
they have for a long time. Wasn't sure how GMs would feel, they
ended out feeling fine 99% of the time, just some mild 'feels'
but considering how much I feel it when I cycle it's odd I can
train unimpeded. Worked up to 95 and hit 3 solid enough sets.
Ham curls the old school way after that just to avoid winding
this twinge up, seemed to work at the time, just 2 sets but high
explosive reps. Didn't feel it in the glute tie in anyway. BSS
work felt OK, reps hitting the quads nicely and no issues (felt
like I could reach the bar easier than usual too). Extensions
just had 2 sets today, lots of reps tho and plenty of focus.
Moved on to biceps, started with drag curls and these moved
pretty well. Followed it up with preachers, not a bad weight for
week 1, reps moved well and all felt good on the shoulders so
happy with that. Finished with stretching, yoga and shoulder
rehab (on both).

WTF? I'm gone for a few days and DV is saying he eats winkles
and Animal is putting banana on bacon. Whole world's gone mad.
Good news on the shoulder rehab though mate and the early part
of the block gives you a little room to work on it before really
pushing it.

I used to eat them, not sure I would now LOL
This block has largely been more shoulder friendly anyway TBH
but yeah, getting it done before I am peaking makes sense.
Journals has always been where it is FTW

I think we need to change the topic LOL
Won't be hitting the gym til 1pm today, that will be a shocker.
It's shut for new equipment, but all for the fitness suite
upstairs unfortunately. So updates will be late getting posted

100.6kg... my lightest to date I believe. PWO and physio
shoulder pains of yesterday largely gone for today so that was
nice. Probably helped by having a later session than usual due
to new gym kit being delivered so started work early for once
and hit the gym just before 2pm
Incline Dumb Bell Press - 45deg: 10x15s, 10x25s, 5x30s, 35s x14,
12, 11
Cable X Overs: #6x16, 12, 9
Wide Grip Barbell Row: 8x40, 62.5x12, 10, 11
Rope Pull Downs: #10x16, 14, 11
Parallel Bar PDs: #13x19, 13, 10
Laying Tricep Ext - X over: #3x13, 10, 9
Mobility at the start still going well and still maintaining the
increased mobility I reported yesterday. Still approached DB
work cautiously just in case but seemed to be moving well. Only
went for 35s today but hit some nice reps in doing so with no
issues. X over work I stuck with the same pin I started last
time but reps were up even with a reduced rest period. I upped
BB rows by 2.5 and went for matching total reps of week 1 last
time which was achieved. Rope PDs had the same weight I started
on but reps were well up here and back was pumping good. I moved
in parallel bar push downs for triceps as I need an extra move
for this session now, these really hit the spot feeling the high
reps and rest kept strict. Couldn't use the preferred pulley
upstairs so used the old x over, didn't really get tech nailed
with attachment until the last set but all good in the end.

That one third of the biggest poo I’ve ever recorded haha!
How much further you’re going to go? Paper thin?
How long till you blast again?
