I had some caramalised onions, altho once my son and Mrs had
some there wasn't much left for me. TBH I hadn't gone overboard
so there wasn't too much saltiness, and I used a squirt of tommy
K to go with my passata base so that sweetened it up a bit.
As for pineapple on a pizza.... I'll pretend I never read that
bit but I shall remain shocked for years to come.

Bottom left is the bacon and banana pizza from my favourite
Italian joint in SA (ignore the garlic snails and prawns ).
Fruit works incredibly well with salt meat products. Think the
classic ham and melon, apples and roast pork, cranberries and
poultry. Even salty cheese.. Brie and grapes... mmm
As for pizza, any thing goes except fucking BBQ base! Don’t @ me
people, go fuck yourself if you’re going to BBQ sauce up a
       pizza!

I like pineapple, just not on a pizza so much... banana and
bacon?!!?? Fuck me, what have we descended to on here now. My
least favourite fruit (actually are bananas technically not a
fruit but a herb or something weird) I can only imagine the
banana after taste lingering for forever.
What's the top pizza? that at least looks respectable

A cooked banana is completely different to a raw one. Fried
banana slices in butter go well with a fry up.
That’s no pizza. That’s Gorgonzola snails.

My Mrs would run a mile if she saw all those prawns and snails
looking at here... TBH I probably wouldn't be far behind. Used
to love winkles etc as a kid but I don't seem to have the
stomach for that sort of thing any more

101.2 this morning, wasn't expecting that. Still steadily
dropping and not adjusted cals for a while now. Woke up this
morning with a new niggle niggle (well and old new one), wrist
not taking pressure or flexion very well, and I'm pressing first
thing so this could be fun. All else good tho... -ish LOL
       Flat DB Press: 10x15s, 10x25s, 7x35s, 40s x11, 9, 7
       High Cable Flyes: #5x13, 12
       Hammer Machine Press: 50x20, 15
       Barbell Curls - Close: 10x20, 40x12, 11, 10
       Iso Hammer Curl - Single: 15s x15, 11
       Barbell Wrist Curls: 60x18, 14, 13
Little bit of a mish mash today but went alright, just not
really a 'push' session but splitting the arms up differently
for a while to give some emphasis. Mobilised all fine and ran a
couple of rehab exercises. Pressing went only OK, had hoped for
a bit more on the rep front but I didn't over-cook it which I am
prone to when doing chest and the reps were all clean. Cable
work felt a little more on it and moved well. Then oddly the
hammer work was quite a bit better than anticipated. Then did
biceps, BB work was all, wrist a little sore so I strapped them
up. New shoulder pinch was a little sore too but I had been
pressing so that figures, didn't get in the way as such. Reps
were respectable enough, followed it with the iso hammer curls
and banged out the 15s no worried. Closed off with wrist curls,
bit harder due to the bicep work fatiguing them but good enough.

ooh, this isn't a good sign. New post count since my last visit
is rapidly dropping. Come on MTL!
Was up and ready to go quite early this morning as my physio was
booked for 10am, hit the gym by 8:30 and even skipping my second
dump of the morning I still weighed in at 101 dead.
Hammer Cable Rows - weight per side: 10x15, 10x25,7x35, 40x18,
       15, 13
       Inclined Upright Rows: 10x20, 30x17, 15
       Lat Pull Down: #10x19, 17, 14
       Floor Press - Close Grip: 6x60, 70x16, 12, 10
       Calf Raises, Hack Machine: 14x40, 90x18, 15, 13, 12
Being pushed for time this morning I did miss out my mobilising
stuff, plan was to get my whole session done in just over an
hour which should be no problem if I knuckled down. Got off to a
good start, rows moved well even without mobilising. Settled on
the 40s for work weight and got a good rep range out hitting
lats well. Incline uprights also were not an issue, only did the
2 work sets but seeing as I got a good rep jump I was happy
there. LPDs were also flying, good deep ROM and reps a plenty.
All this done with minimal rest and feeling easy was a surprise.
Then stuck in the floor presses, shoulder still not 100% here
but I think it is feeling slightly better week on week, 3 sets
with more reps so no complaint, Finished with some calves, 4
sets here and that was me done in just over a hour.
Straight to physio, which was a painful affair. Mobility had
regressed from the 30 to 23cm he got me last week, back to 28cm
but we finished at 20cm with it at 15cm if pressure applied so
there seems to be a positive response and an expectation for
improvement session on session. Not comfy having it manipulated
back tho. As I came out breathing a sigh of relief saying "It's
so much nicer when it's over with" to the lady on reception I
turned to see a full waiting room all now a little more anxious
than they were the second before I walked out LOL
