       It was something that I looked at doing years ago, but now, more
       and more seem to be getting these done.

       I don't but do in some way regret never having established some
       kind of baseline norm prior to starting down that path. Back
       then it wasn't as easy, affordable or accessible as it is now,
       and I wasn't going to my GP. Now being firmly down the B&C path
       it largely seems too late. I've never done particularly harsh or
       heavy courses, but even still, I should have probably got
       something
