In the past I've used Iranian amps (250mg/1ml), and to be honest
I've never really felt anything post injection, even the day
after. But since using Med-Tech Solutions (300mg/1ml) my
shoulder feels like its done 100 sets. It's not swollen or red,
just feels sore.

Yes. It depends what ester the testosterone is suspended in.

There are several reasons but yes, some Test e's can be more
painful than others, even at similar or identical ratios

Just to add I am using test enanthate. Feels like I've been
jabbed in the delt, nothing major, just more than I had
experienced before.

Ok thanks. I'm Mr Paranoid, and as soon as something doesn't
feel rights my brains goes into overdrive mode. Saying that,
this is nothing like the bicep jab I did in the day!! And to
make me even more paranoid, everything was sterile, but, when I
popped of the cap from the vial, I didn't swab the top before
pushing the pin through, will I die?

I know the faster esters can be more prone to pain as they are
more of a stronger substance, less oil/water more gear.
