Starter would be Grilled Garlic Tiger Prawns, with black and
white pudding, calves liver, biltong shavings, advocado and a
sweet chilli sauce.
Main - Bone in Tomahawk Ribeye, Triple cooked chips, Creamed
Spinach, Garlic mushrooms and a couple fried eggs
As I only had 3 courses I would go straight to a cheese board
and bypass dessert. Gorgonzola, Stinking Bishop, Aged Cheddar
with a peach chutney. I'm not one for crackers so I'd probably
also have a baked Camembert with a hunk of tiger bread and
butter!

Easter eggs until I'm sick.
But, I'd probably have no appetite...

Starter would have to be a Scotch egg, yoke still a bit runny.
Tapas for main, lots of small different dishes. Win win.
Dessert. Apple crumble with custard.
Finished with cheese and biscuits. Loads of stilton and brie.
Washed down with Hogstar lager.

I'd go to the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh and have their tasting
menu with matched wines. Been there a couple of times and it is
just mind blowing. I'd have a beer or two beforehand and some
whisky afterwards too.
