       Pretty serious I guess...been training 27 years, was a
competitive strongman, then powerlifter and now trying my hand
at bodybuilding. Also a full time coach specialising in online
strength coaching and day to day more usual coaching.
Train 5x a week and rarely miss a session, especially now on
       prep.

I take it seriously but my only goal is to try not to get fat.
Im happy enough with my size and shape. I look lean enough in
clothes and in tight rash guards in MMA etc, so thats ok with
       me.

More serious now than i ever have done.
My first proper comp win has given me a massive confidence
boost, less doubting in my abiilities now and its showing in my
       training.
First goal is to get a well in to 700kg + total next year circa
300 dead, 260 squat, 180 bench are target numbers. Big goals but
       may as well go big.
Will be doing Eurpopes powerlifting next year after brits and
then maybe another 2 years targetting worlds as the ultimate
goal but that will require 800kg minimum total to really compete
       so well see what happens.

I lost the love for weight a few year ago, started cycling, got
board. Then last year I went back more seriously, I don't think
I look great small, head too big. And this year my plan is to
increase intensity, drop the volume and keep cycling and enjoy
both. I use Strava and there are a few sections I would to
       beast. ;D

Pretty much sums me up, though only taken seriously for the last
       3-4 years and chasing aesthetics.
I can't say how annoyed I am about wasting the 15 years prior on
sh1tty bbing routines, not eating enough and not progressing.

Only 15.... I get more annoyed at myself for often doing stuff I
wouldn't suggest to others. Not a trap I fall in to so much
nowadays (with age comes some wisdom) bu I do have a tendency to
fall into daft habits despite my better knowledge

4 days minimum, at the minute it's upper/lower-upper/lower
followed by 30 mins cardio, I'm going to 5 this week and
throwing a barbell circuit in with 30 mins cardio on the end of
that, gym owner wants me to do an over 60's so it's kinda
crossing my mind, never had the size per-sae but i do have
balance/symmetry, so we'll see where we go with that one!

Twice a week at most. Stopped training ‘seriously’ after third
partial rotator cuff tear, then a full tear, followed by surgery
which screwed it up even more. Took up running instead and try
to get in 30-40 miles a week.
