If you lift, how often? How seriously? What’s your motivation
for the gym?

Pretty serious, in the gym about 4 times a week.
Funnily hitting 39 I feel im getting in better shape, not sure
whats up with that.
Off for a week cause I tore a tendon in my thumb. Not sure just
how the fuck I managed that.

Been lifting for over 20 years now with a few breaks here and
there. My life revolved around bodybuilding when I was full on
the gear (did a few comps) though that was 20 years ago.
Training natty was a complete chore for me and I thought it a
bit of a waste of time but persevered. Now I've been on TRT for
the last 18 months or so I lift 5 days a week without fail,
though it's still a bit of a chore if I'm honest, though I do
train on my jack in my own gym. Loved the camaraderie of the gym
when I was training seriously. I do it mainly for aesthetic
reasons but also because I don't want to end up like many old
fcukers who can't do anything past 70 (I'm not at that age btw).
I'd love to go on cycle, probably blast and cruise but now I'm
older I can't handle it. My hematocrit jumps through the roof on
anything over 150mg of test EW and I just feel like shit on
higher doses. Will probably train until I physically can't any
more.

4 times a week now - all powerlifting focused.
I was a gym bro in my teens all bicep and avoid leg days then
was a pretty decent 10k runner in my mid 20's (10k in about 41
mins) before getting back in gym and finding strength work

4 days a week weights plus an extra day for cardio and general
fitness.
Been training for about 15 years, since I was 18. Although I’ve
only taken it seriously for the last 5-6 years, which is when I
switched to strength.
It’s all I think about tbh, I’d be lost without the gym as it
helps keeps me sane.

I've not trained for a few weeks sadly.
The gym at my work that I was using has been closed, which is
annoying as it was free.
Going to have to stump up some funds and return to my old
strongman gym soon.

Yep. it's just how I lift that varies.
Right now, I enjoy a nice, light pumpy session with my bands as
much as I used to enjoy balls out deadlift and squat sessions.
Its who I am, I hope that never changes.

+20 years.... 5 times a week.... L/P/P/L/U
Fell into a trap of chasing dead ends with training. Last year
or so managed to snap myself out of training blind and kicking
things up a bit more.
Mrs works days, I work evenings so without the gym I'd either
have to get a 2nd job (at least then I could afford to o
something with my life I guess LOL) or sit on my arse watching
Lorraine and GMTV

I take lifting seriously but not in a chasing weight or training
really hard sense. I'm just very consistent with my 3 days week.
I'd be lost without it and it gives a meaning and reason to eat
healthy. Its a big overall health thing for me. Mentally,
internally and physically rewarding.
