The forum need more topics and information!
       By: guest5 Date: June 6, 2019, 1:12 am
       ---------------------------------------------------------
I'm sure, like me, many members have a scan on the site to see
what new threads have arisen or old threads that have seen more
activity since our last look in. And I'm sure, like me, that if
nothing new has arisen it's a case of 'Nothing to see here, move
along'. This is the surest way to kill a forum in my view. No
new threads or very little activity means no one posting which
       eventually spirals downwards.
If everyone makes an effort to think of a topic and post a new
thread it will go a long way to ensure more traffic on the
forum. It doesn't take much doing and whether the thread turns
into a blockbuster or dies a death is largely irrelevant. It
will at least ensure that there will be at least one thread you
will be interested in and make a post. Better than the forum
sitting quietly for hours because there's nothing new. A busier
site is much more likely to survive and attract new members than
one that is dead much of the time.
On another note, those who can contribute to filling up the
training, diet and AAS forums with useful information please do
so. Many looked in on MT because of the vast amounts of
information accessible, which in some cases led to posting on
the forums. To make this forum work I think we all have a part
to play. The alternative is for it to slowly die and have no
decent bodybuilding forum to post on.
I'm not trying to lecture anyone, nor trying to get in any of
the admins 'good books'. I'd just like the forum to have a
chance to 'take off' and that will only happen with members
posting and members posting will only happen with new threads.
       :)

       I agree
I am in the process of updating articles written or co-written
by me & will post them in due course. I'm more than hesitant
though about posting up article information that none of us have
       author claim to.

I suppose if the article posted has the authors name attached
that will be okay? Afterall, I'm sure they write these articles
for as many people to read as possible. The more exposure, the
       better for them.

Will need to double check, but if they are in the public domain
(freely available) I think the main thing is that you
appropriately credit the author.... copying from books or PPV
websites would be a different ball game I'd imagine

I have no idea. I made a tweak yesterday I think, but nothing to

Very odd. It’s like his profile has vanished. Not like him to
delete it. Maybe he’s been sucked into the forum like Jumanji!
Airborne, if you’re trapped in the software, send us a sign!
