Always had my suspicions about Boris, I am convinced the
Government is using him as a tool, Pretending to be a Brexiteer,
but every moment of truth, he falls in behind the remain camp.
Here he is trying to screw up any chance of a decent
relationship with the USA, should he become PM.

Khan is a very divisive man who is not open and honest.
Trump may be divisive but is open and honest.
One is the most powerful man on Earth and the other is Khan.

Not sure I'd list 'honesty' as one of Trump's attributes.... He
does say a lot of things that are true regardless of effect, but
to describe him as an honest man would be a bit of a reach for
me I think. He lies and makes things up or misleads on quite a
grand scale that puts most politicians to shame.
If by open and honest you mean he says what he means/thinks,
unedited... that much is probably true

I think when people talk about honesty in respect of Trump,
they aren't so much suggesting that he is a pillar of infallable
virtue or anything, more that when he opens his mouth, he'll
speak from his heart. He'll say what he means without having a
dozen advisors, speechwriters and spindoctors prepare and
scrutinise every word for being on message, and not offending
anyone, same goes for Farage.
Anyone who has seen Theresa May speak, knows she is like a
robot, reeling of the same carefully scripted recorded messages
over and over again, devoid of emotion.

I'm not even so sure he does that.... I think he says more what
he knows his base wants to hear. I'm sure he believes and means
a lot of it but much of what he comes out with is just 'winging
it as he goes' IMO I don't tend to think he gives a second
thought to what he's saying, if he means it or not (he often
goes back on what he's said) he just says it thinking it's what
his fans/supporters want to hear or what he needs to say.
I get your comparison with other politicians, they are all fake,
liars and mis-leaders themselves. None are not corrupt in some
way or safeguarding self interest
