       100 x 2x8
       Russian Hamstring Curls

Deads felt off last week, foot placement felt odd for some
reason even though its the stance I've always used, may need to
play with it a bit. Will see how it goes. Hamstring curls are
improving with each time though now so all good there.

Woke up with a tweak in my shoulder/lat area again on Saturday
morning, so although movement wasn't restricted as such, it was
twinging with my press work. So I only got the 3 reps on my
final AMRAP set, would have liked 4 at least. I was also under
the impression the the 20kg plates I was using were poorly
calibrated, used different branded ones to the usual ones I use,
and the left side felt heavier, wasn't sure if it was because of
the twinge in my left shoulder though, but I was having to
offset myself by an inch or so on the bar with each lift. The
twinge was also affecting my incline press hence only the 2
       sets.
Deadlift rows felt solid, although the one side felt heavier
again and I used the same plates, which pretty much confirmed
that the plates were out of wack. Won't be using them again lol.
Lever arm row machine was taken so had to use the T bar row
instead, close enough though so no problems there.
Tweak is fine now, it was just another pulled muscle, nothing
major, but I get it often in that area and its really awkward to
foam roll or stretch in order to hit it in the right spot.

Solid couple of sessions mate. As I said on IG, some tweaks to
your deadlift setup should see a nice increase.

Considering it doesn't sound like either went 100% to plan there
is still some pretty decent work in there.

       Tuesday 25/06/19
       Squats
       70 x 10
       110 x 5
       130 x 5
       150 x 5x2
       Bench
       bar x 20
       70 x 5
       100 x 4
       107.5 x 5x2
       Russian Ham Curls
       BW (band assisted) x 4x5
       Lat Raises
       6 x 4x20
Few things on this week and camping this weekend so I'm reducing
my workouts to just the 2. Still getting the main lifts in
though. Squats and Bench felt strong.

All looked very comfy mate, you've got more in the tank for
       sure. Looked borderline deload.

It certainly didn't feel like a deload lol. However they did
move well so I was happy considering I had to switch my workouts
around. I almost didn't train at all last night as I was picking
my lad up from a beavers trip which meant I wasn't getting home
until close to half 8. But if I hadn't have trained last night I
might as well have written the whole week off as I wouldn't have
been able to fit in all 4 lifts. I hate skipping weeks unless
its a planned deload as it can affect me quite a bit mentally as
       well as losing strength.
Will be doing OHP and Deads on Thursday at the gym while my lad
is at MMA so should work out nicely now.
Then it's the Sausage and Cider Festival fri-sun in the
campervan. Its a family friendly festival with activities for
the kids plus a really good lineup of tribute acts all weekend,
oasis, killers, ed sheeran, foo fighters, pink, queen, beatles
etc. Heatwave forecast and only half an hour down the road,
       can't wait!

Sausage and Cider.... could you ask for anything more. Sounds
like it will almost be too hot for it. Should be good. Getting
the work in anyhow you can always pay off long term, looking
       solid enough on that front

       That festival sounds class.
Your bench press is starting to concern me now.

Concern you how? In a good way I hope.
Yeh it does I can’t wait now. Good food, good booze, good music
and good weather hopefully. I’m not much of a cider drinker but
some of the fruity ones they’ve got lined up sound lush,
especially in this heat. Also got plenty of ales though so I
should be fine. I’ll be pissed after 2 knowing me lol.
Kids stuff looks really good too tbf.
