I can see why you've decided to increase your trt dose
especially seeing your last blood work results compared to the
previous. But overall great news its working mate I like you had
years of being told my anxiety etc was all in my mind I
eventually found trt and things are improving always wondered
why cbt ,meditation etc never bloody worked lol
Bang on about the Americans being all over trt Dr Crisler is a
       good source of info
Fingers crossed you get this dialed in soon

Great workout last night, loving bench at the moment. All reps
felt solid, final set I wanted 20 but stalled on the 19th. Never
       mind.
Pendlays felt a bit off last night, so just did the 2 sets and
then switched to BOR, which I preferred actually. Felt good to
       do both.

Lovely benching there mate. Is your new bench making a big
difference on your benching in general?

Nice bit of benching there mate. I find BOR better for when you
are only concerned with moving the weight and thus you can go
heavier providing the body English doesn't become excessive.
Pendlays on the the hand are still great but more of a
controlled movement. Which brings me to my point; unless lower
back was an issue I think you would have been better off using
the same weight but just used an acceptable amount of body
English. Obviously I have a strength bias so it would be good
if a bodybuilder type chimed in as well so we could get a
       different perspective on things.

Hard to say at the moment, as I've only used it for reps and not
any strength work, but so far it feels good. I haven't been
focusing on my arch or anything too much during this hypertrophy
block, so when I get back onto the heavy reps I'll hopefully be
able to feel the benefit of a solid bench that doesn't rock
       about lol.

Cheers pal. I went a bit lighter on the BOR as I don't do them
as often, however the 70's moved fairly easily and in a
controlled manner so 80 probably would have been a better
       choice.

Cheers for that bench link mate. I need an adjustable one for
incline (and if possible decline too) and only have room for
       one.
Do you not ever incline Press?
       [/quote]
No not anymore really, I struggle to fit it into my programs
       tbh.

If you’re benching twice a week you should have plenty of time
mate. Even if you do some on your Saturday shoulder day. You
should be working everything in every plane of motion. And for
the upper Pec/shoulder tie ins, nothing is better.
You have times to do calves.. hmmm big calves or big pecs?

I choose big calves lol. My pecs I'm fairly pleased with, they
aren't big by any means but they are fairly proportional to my
body. My calves on the other hand are like sparrows legs.
If I can fit incline in on my Saturday workouts then I will.
Adding them in once every 2 or 3 weeks shouldn't be a problem.

Your a powerlifter in training - you don't need big calves!

Struggle is real...pecs and calves are both weaknesses for me.
Praise be for my good looks
