I got this one:
HTML https://www.extremefitness.co.uk/extreme-fitness-adjustable-bench-1<br
/>
It's not adjustable no, I don't know why the website link says
adjustable, clearly a typo. Thinking about it though, I hardly
used the incline on my previous bench, so I don't miss that.
Yes I am happy with it for the price, I liked the fact that it
has a single front leg with a handle and wheels, so it is easy
to move around quickly. Although I have to admit it does have
its faults:
There is an ever so slight rock at times, I think it may be more
my garage floor being uneven rather than the actual bench
itself, but for a bench with only 3 points of contact (which
should be perfectly stable) it isn't good enough imo. It's the
rear twin leg that's the problem, because it sits flat across
the full length of the box section, rather than having two
slightly raised feet at either end, it sometimes wants to rock
slightly. I've corrected the problem for now by using some thick
carpet so it sits evenly across the full length of box section.
Also, the pad isn't perfectly flat, I don't know how they've
managed it, but the 3 metal bars which are welded to the main
piece of box section are slightly lower on one side. Typical
Chinese manufacturing I guess.
I can correct these faults no problem though, so I'm not too
bothered about it tbh. I'm going to get some spacers made at the
workshop to made the pad sit perfectly flat, and I will also get
a couple of pieces of 1/8" steel for the rear legs to raise them
up so it sits properly. However, for a bigger guy like you, I
wouldn't recommend it.
You would probably be better off with the strengthshop one here
HTML https://www.strengthshop.co.uk/riot-flat-bench.html.
Which is
the one I originally wanted, but it wasn't in stock. Its only
just come back in stock though, so I would have had to wait for
a while if I did get it.

Yes I still wonder what that UKM thing was all about. Like I
said mate reading a few threads there I don't think we are
missing anything.

Just had my latest blood test results back, all good.
That should be me done with blood tests for a while, I've
monitored them fairly well so far, but could do without the
expense now. Will wait at least 6 months till I have another,
but I'll probably just wait the 12 months and then have a full
panel done.

Bloods look ok, I would kill for 19. 11-13 here from 6 tests
over 3 years.
Will you bump the TRT solely based on the numbers or do you
think you need to up it?

My natty levels were 10-12 nmol/l based on 2 tests last year.
Bit of both really. When I was on 100mg/week my blood results
came back at 30nmol/l, and I felt good during that time. Also,
after reading up on it high 20's seems to be the optimum level.

Please excuse my ignorance on the following as I have almost
zero knowledge on the subject.
What made you suspect low test initially? I take it you had
symptoms of some description. Also I take it you are "going it
alone" rather than via the NHS or something...
