Top digging there. have to agree could see you doing well at
strongman but injury risk there - as with all lifting I suppose.
Would you ever consider powerlifting as again you are a strong
MF so could do well at that also?
Possibly, but I’ll only make that decision after I finish a
strength cycle. I’m a lot lighter now, which will take some
getting used to as I won’t have the mass behind me.

Nice progress on the project mate, I bet you're sick to the back
teeth of digging now.
I agree with Ox regards strongman. It's a great sport and
really fun to do but there is basically no warm up (unless you
sort something out yourself) and depending on lots of factors
can lead to injury. Farmers walk in the rain for example; it's
easy to slip or twist something. I've seen a guy drop a farmers
implement on his foot but he was still moving at a fair pace. It
wasn't pretty.
Yes avoiding injuries are my main concern going forward.
Really happy digging is over, but now I’m just so sick of mixing
concrete! I’m doing small batches at a time and it’s never
ending

A few bones( dogs from yesteryear probably) but nothing exciting
or museum worthy.. was hoping for Saxon Hoard.

I love stuff like that! I bet there's loads of stuff like that
buried all over the place which will never be found. English
history is amazing.
This was found only a few miles from where I live, by a man and
his metal detector! It sold for over £3million which he split
with the land owner, incredible.

So deadlifts after 6 weeks feel terrible. Hips did not like it
at all. Everything felt laboured but it’s to be expected.
Clearly suffering from a combined lack of practice, protein,
calories and testosterone!
But a good tick over session.

Animal fancy a trip to Portugal and dig these sodding trenches
for me ? I have had enough first swing with the Mattock hit a
bloody rock and that set the scene for the rest of the day
.
Got about 115 m in today only another 285m to go 😞

Hmmmm.. I do enjoy an Espetada with a glass of aged port ..
If that's your price your on ..,what type of port? I have got a
load of Ruby I am busy flattening at the minute. Will keep try to
keep some back but can't promise anything 😮
Are you going to increase your trt dose then ?
I have been thinking about this lately I do a lot of manual
graft plus train and also need a high test level just to run
properly now am I burning through the test on the first 2 not
leaving much for the other side as my symptoms mentally wise etc
have got a bit worse since starting the heavy graft.and
training.I am ploughing the food in I just seem a bit off
Like I said before I will probably need a litre of test e a week
lol

I like ruby but always splash out on a 10 year aged late bottle
vintage at Christmas. The LBV’s have sat in wood barrels for 5-6
years before being bottled and it makes a hell of a difference!
Rad, thing is mate, if you increase test it’s no longer TRT. Are
you sure you’re not using the test as a crux to fix things.
Personally I don’t believe anyone person needs more test then
another, if levels are stable, be it natural or from a bottle
there should be no issue. Feeling like you need more due manual
graft and the training tbh sounds like you just need to eat more
OR eat more of the right things for you!
If you were to increase it, accept that you won’t be on TRT, you
will be on a Cruise .. which is just a lower amount then a
blast. I’ve blasted and cruised for nearly 4 years now and in
that time I’ve run cruises of between 125 and 250 every week.
Yes 250 is small cycle but it was a lot less the my blast! 150
is my norm but I needed to experiment to see how I reacted. Same
thing I’m doing now with this really low infrequent dose. Tbh I
don’t feel bad at all! I thought I would feel worse. But
recovery is def taking a hit (but that could also be nexuses I’m
not hitting proper macros !)
When I start training ‘properly’ again, yes, I’ll go back to my
standard 150 E7 but that’s because I make better progress in the
gym at that level. I still want to get leaner, bigger and
stronger. When those goals are no longer appropriate, I will go
back to a lower TRT level, probably 100 E8or9. But it should
always be down to how you feel as long as sleep and nutition is
spot on.

I love a port but never splashed on anything more expensive then
a £10/£15 bottle - is it worth investing in a good bottle taste
wise?

I dare say the amount of manual graft would make any gym session
a shock to the system ATM.... good to see you getting some work
in tho dude
