You're not on any gear at all Animal?
[/quote]
I’ve been experimenting doing 1 shot of 100mg every 14 days for
the last 6 weeks or so. I was considering doing a PCT but that’s
for quitters!

Glad you didn't go for PCT route.
Whilst you are cutting so much body weight surely you want to
maximise muscle retention and exogenous test will assist in a
big way.
Nice hole. lol

That’s some big weight loss big man. Digging in the heat (22 on
the south coast) is hard work. Great cardio and back workout
though.
100mg a fortnight, is that a TRT dose?

I know I was surprised. I’ve locked my away in the loft but I
was at the in-laws sat on the bog and the scales caught my eye
lol.
It has been hit, I’m so tanned although I’m quite good in the
heat luckily ..growing up in the Southern Hemisphere heat def
helps.
Tbh mate, it’s less then a TRT dose. A normal cruise for me is
150 E7, I think a standard TRT is 125 E7. Ive only been lifting
once a week and only really for a bro pump.. I’ve been on now
for 3 years so I thought this would be a good time to try
‘coming off’ without actually coming off.. and tbh I haven’t
felt any untoward affect.. maybe if I was lifting more I would .

The hole is finally finished! One of the toughest things I’ve
ever done tbh.

First footings going in, once all done then no more digging !

Sounds like you’ve been sensible by dropping workload alongside
assistance. Balancing out the seesaw so to speak.
Is the drop in gym work a temporary thing or are you committing
to that lifestyle change you eluded to a few months back where
KF and cardio were becoming bigger parts of your life than
outright strength.

Tempory. My gym closes this month so I decided to bite the
bullet and build my dream home
Gym. But the shear workload of the groundwork required meant I
had to prioritise. I already do 2 KF sessions a week and tbh
that enough for me right now. I will give some strength work a
go again. As I’ve dropped the bodyweight and got fitter, Ive
been thinking about doing some strongman stuff and maybe
entering a comp. I’m strong but I can also move well for a big
guy.. the dynamic stuff might suit me better the the traditional
static powerlifts.. I just don’t want to get injured again!

I've always thought you would have been a very decent strongman.
As in fairly top level if you'd have been guided into it when
younger. You are definitely built for it, big hands, wrists,
legs, ankles etc.

While you can move well, I dare say the extent and repetitive
nature of you injuries may well make the more dynamic stull a
far greater injury concern in the future...no?
That aside, I do agree that you could probably do pretty well
