ANIMAL - Back from the vet!

Training has taken a back seat lately while I build my home gym
as my gym is closing it’s doors.. I’m currently hand digging a
4m x 3m hole 50cm deep so i can Overhead Press and avoid
planning permission .. 4 weeks in and I might just be finished
       by Saturday.
It’s such hard graft , once the digging is finished I can set
the concrete footings before the carpentry begins.
And maybe I can start lifting properly again..

The only digging I've ever done is digging trenches, but I feel
your pain. Still, hink of the cardio benefits lol.

Cardio is excellent! I’m down about 5kgs since starting! (I’m as
nattiest as I’ve ever been since birth so that could also be a
       factor!)
       The hole so far!

I’ve been experimenting doing 1 shot of 100mg every 14 days for
the last 6 weeks or so. I was considering doing a PCT but that’s
       for quitters!

I thought they were your misshapen legs in the photo but it's a
       dog.
At least I think it is lol.

I remember digging the base out for our chicken coop but that
was only a foot or 2 down and hard enough work
