Cheers peeps.
Just a bit of fun. My calf muscles are about the only thing I
can train 109% at the moment so why not lol.
Pics! I took some yesterday. Why is it that they look even more
ridiculous in picture form than just looking in the mirror.
Those pictures will never see an Internet server.
My new 22 inchers on the other hand.....

4 training sessions in 5 days means those pesky lower limbs have
been stimulated 4 times this week.
Low, volume, low intensity, high frequency is the name of the
game here.
Squeezed this week into 5 days because I’m off to Twickenham
with a group of mates to watch Fiji vs the barbarians tomorrow.
Getting the crack of dawn train up and god knows which one back.
Plan is an all day/nighter around Richmond area before and after
the game.

If it was me, training calves with every workout, I would have
to add variation. Alternate heavy and light weight sessions,
heels inwards/outwards etc... Keep the volume and frequency high
for each workout still, but just vary it a bit. The same thing
every time will get boring quite quickly.

If anything will make your calves grow it’s twice a day training
7 days a week!
Have you considered maybe once your tolerance is up doing a Rich
Piana inspired 8 hour calf workout?
Big breakfast before. Make 16 protein shakes. Then do 6 sets of
calves every half hour with a shake between! Be in that 5% brah!
(And book a couple days off work after)

Jay, no pics bro. Just watch DV’s vids and look at his calves.
Now take an inch and a half off of that and that’s me with a
pump on a good day.
Hom3r, I’m just keeping it boring and simple mate. Repetition
makes progression easier as this is just going to be s shortish
experiment. I think I can get away with linear progression here.
Animal, sounds interesting brah, I may go one step further and
start snorting my whey. If anything ever happens to me then take
that as a joke, I’m not really going to do that....
Long day at Twickenham. Had s hotel booked but cancelled it
which meant nearly 8 hours total travel on trains , buses and
taxis. Only in England do you get buses when you pay for trains.
Drank far to much starting from 8am and ate filth. First ever 5
Guys was smashed which was meh.
Calves held up well and got worked again yesterday. Might have
to wear shorts through the winter as these bad boys soon won’t
fit trousers.
