Are SSB squats an option for you? They are not an easy option
but should not be affected my wrist mobility.
Good idea but as I train at home I can’t really justify buying
more equipment at this point in time. If the wrist turns into a
long(er) term thing then it will definitely be looked into.
I do have a trap bar, so as grip strength improves I may switch
to trap bar squats.
Interesting idea, does that mean you stand in the trap bar with
it across your shoulders like a sort of cambered bar squat?
Nothing so drastic mate. Just the hand and foot positioning
turning things from a tbdl to a more squat focused movement.
Obviously this also involves more forearm and trap activation.
Trap bar squats actually help my long torso stay in a more
upright position really targeting the quads throughout the
entire movement. If my grip was stronger o would prioritise this
over the standard bb squat.

Oh I see. I do love the trap bar, not only is it more forgiving
than regular deadlifts but I think it's better for athleticism.

That trap bar/cambered squat sounds a great idea - could be
worth a shot at some point

Fook yeah, wrist has healed!
CT results are in and it’s positive news. Physio can now step
things up and really push it to try and improve wrist mobility.
March 2nd until now, been a long process so hopefully I can
regain most of my flexibility.
The docs have given up with a couple of fingers but I can live
with reduced movement in them and the fact they are out of shape
like a twiglet.

The good news coincides with the government abandoning their
plan for people to register to watch porn. I’m taking that as a
sign.

It's a pointless law, there are too many ways to get round it.
You'd see a much higher adoption of truly anonymous browsing.
Not the fake anonymity that going incognito gives you. Your ISP
can still see everything...
