A thread about Trainers

What do you guys wear on you feet these days? I am somewhat
stuck in the 80's/90's (as I am with most things) and despite
being a fat, nearly 50 year old bloke, I still gravitate towards
Air Jordan, currently pondering over a pair of these..

Or a nice pair of the original banned colourway 1's? Never had
one at the time, but I far prefer these to most of the later
ones, that look more like my Nan's old slippers.
Or should I grow up and buy a nice pair of Vans?

Ive completely switched to barefoot shoes.
I’ve got a couple pair of Merril’s which I love.
These are the trail running shoes and are excellent for normal
gym/ long walks/ yomping

Other then that I just wear Adidas Sliders

Funny that! I have also been looking at sliders too! A couple
of years back, I broke my toe, and had to wear a pair of
conventional flip flops, as I couldn't have anything over my
toes. I really struggled with the flip flops. Do Sliders stay
flat to your feet a bit better?

Yes they stay on perfectly. Much better then flops. Takes a few
weeks but then they mould to your feet. I love em

They are the most comfortable trainers/shoes I have. In terms
of normal stuff, I like adidas cloudfoam for comfort. I just
looked at some alphabounce because I like their look but they
were really hard

Still haven't got myself those chukkas yet.
Currently have:
All white AF 1 high
Air Flight wht/blu/blk
AJ 4 torro red
AJ 3 Wolf grey/blk/silver
AJ 3 Fired red/wht
AJ 5 lo wht/blu/gld
AJ son of mars spizike (mix of 3/5/7 IIRC) blk/slvr/red
2 pairs old free runs
Nike Reax
Adidas EQT Support
Reebok Pumps
Love my AJs to death and prefer anything moulded on that
platform (like the old Air Flights)
Plus a couple of less favourite pairs that sneak (see what I did
there) in to the rotation

I like the Jordan eclipse to look at, but I'd need to try them
on for comfort. I order all my Jordans from a German website
Kickz.com so I haven't been arsed ordering them.
