Dunno. 220x2 should have been if I hadn't buggered it up with
the 230 fail then the 200x2.

unacceptable
still not convinced dips aren't stealing my bench power...
they certainly don't seem to have done much for it anyway, if
anything.
dips have been going up on a pretty much weekly basis since I
started them.
bench... not so much.
