       +25kg x7, x5 NO CHANGE  :o
       meh. first week since I started doing dips that I haven't made
       an improvement. must have reached my dips genetic limit. ::)

       deadlift:
       90x1
       130x1
       170x1
       230(?!) X
       200x2
       220x1
       buggered that up a treat. was supposed to go 170, 200, 220x2
       60kg jump from 170 was too much to handle, and as we all know, a
       deadlift fail and it's pretty much game over.
       220 was a mega grinder, FFS.
