       naughty! not sticking to the plan!
       but the bar was moving nicely, I was feeling weel-rested and
       well-hydrated and the 135 went up so fast, it felt rude not to.
       strained my armpit/pec area with some ill-advised middle aged
       parkour nonsense and dips don't feel like a good idea, so...

       possibly just  knacked myself with the deads, but none of the
       block pulls moved at all.

       I was too busy trying to not die to remember stuff. Struggled
       with whatever rep 1 inch from lockout for far too long. Triceps
       eventually packed in completely, and down the bar came. CRASH
       BANG WALLOP. Knocked the rack back a foot, every plate in
       existence (not on the bar) went crashing everywhere along with
       sundry items of wood leaning against the wall. Total desast.
       That I managed to bang out a PB on weighted dips after clearing
       it up is a testament to my tenacity and just general
       awesomeness.
       I almost deeeeeeeeed!
       And I need a hug.
