       Probably cos the other 2 hit the CNS far harder than
       benching.... altho with your volume set up I still wouldn't
       expect twice a week, if using variants rather than same
       specifics, to be a big problem

       paused bench:
       50x5
       70x3

       122.5 x3

       short but sweet. tempted to add more weight/reps, but decided to
       see if I could stick to the plan for longer than a week. no
       dips, giving the elbows a bit of a rest.

       deadlift:
       215x3
       twangers
       not suprrised TBH. been sweating like a pig all day, getting all
       sorts of interesting cramps, electrolyte/water balance obv skew
       wiff. got cramp in both pecs on both attempts at 255.
       surprised/pleased I managed 215x3, but can't say I enjoyed the
       experience.
