       Unusual result with the block pull there mate, I'd expect you to
       pull a bit more from block as you'll have a bit of play in the
       bar compared to the rack.  Maybe you just gave it your all with
       the rack pulls.

       paused bench:
       50x4
       80x2
       100x2
       120x3
       125x2
       130x1
       skipped deads so I can bench within a  week of the last session.
       I think training frequency is more important for benching than
       the 2 big lifts. dunno why, but I feel it to be true.
       nice session. :) so it wasn't just the heat last week as it's
       even hotter this week, though I may have been dehydrated.
       *shrug*
       I wouldn't be surprised if 120x3 is top reppage for this year.
       *so far.
