       crappy session. I knew the 140 wasn't going up, 130 felt HARD.

       sticking to 5s for dips, I think the higher reps were stealing
       strength in exchange for stamina. Had this happen before.

       die: x1
       2 weeks off doesn't seem to have affected my rack-pulls, up 5kg
       as predicted. block pulls a different story. 250 did not budge
       at all. :o
       Reppage of deads in this weather is a fool's game. Glad I've got
       200x5 done and dusted. Triples for a whle I think.
