Lol thanks mate, I will give a proper picture update at maybe 10
weeks out, will post a start pic then too, its starting to dial
in slowly, ahead of where I was last year :)
Mum unfortunately is getting worse :( I see here when I see my
daughter and stay over at their house on those weekends so
ironically probably see her more than before.

Sad to hear it mate, but it is what it is.
It's good you see more of her though hopefully some memories
still to be shared/made.
Keep on training bud!

Cheers Gents :)
I will still try to get the odd update in here as I progress
through prep, super busy days mean I just don't have time :(
I am 13 weeks out sunday, still only on 15 mins cardio daily, I
am at the same stage in prep as last year but miles ahead with
more lean tissue.
Calories are still pretty high and cycle is still 600 test, 600
eq, 150mg Mast E...changing up in week 12 with a reduction in
test and eq and an increase in Mast and addition of Tren E.
Posing practice coming on but need more of it...need more hours
in a day!
Hope all are well and hoping I maybe able to get in a bit more
and read your journals, miss it :(

The Oxterminator! 13 weeks out. Christ. Serious stuff coming
mate. Have you put together posing routine to music yet? Refine,
refine, refine. Finding time is tough but you have to find it.
Ahead of my first comp, I was getting in from work at about
midnight, doing my cardio, then posing. I did so much practice,
I really don't think I could do any more. Then on stage, they
swapped the places round and I was hitting my poses first and
early and had to hold them while the others got into theirs. I
was knackered. Backstage I was breathing heavily. If I hadn't
practised, all that would have shown on stage. You sound in a
good place though my friend. Remember, anything you need etc,
I'm on Whatsapp. I'm 15 weeks out myself!

Hey mate, still to finalise my music and routine but getting a
ton of posing practice in so I am conditioned to it, I am
entering first timers and masters in first comp so need to be
ready for it!
Cheers buddy, looking forward to seeing what you bring, your
progress this year has been astounding!

Ok quick check in...as usual crazy busy, work is manic and my
online stuff has gone through the roof, this is of course
awesome but throw in still moving things down from the midlands,
moving again down here as our mortgage is going through (just
waiting for the exchange day(, my divorce nearing completion and
of course the prep for my comp and its pretty full on!
10 weeks out yesterday and coach thinks I am slightly ahead of
time so is happy with where I am, a few diet tweaks here and
there, cardio still pretty minimal and slight changes to the
gear cycle. Posing is coming along, think I have sorted my music
and now in the process of refining my routine to put to it and
just nailing the mandatories and side turn poses...game time
approaches :)
