Now I am not powerlifting it is not so much of a concern...kit
will no doubt grow as we move locations...I am opening a
strength club hopefully so will be needing new kit for that :)
       Cheers bud.

Thanks mate...I have masses of clients daily, long days but
periods during the day to do other stuff, really chilled,
friendly atmosphere, really enjoy it...actually really can't
wait to go to work tomorrow lol!

       Cheers dude.
Other trainers are great, I knew a few from before I worked
there and get on well with them all :)
One other new lad, ex forces, he's part time though.

Sorry for lack of updates, I am proper crazy busy these days so
will only sporadically get in here.
All sessions hit this week, strength flying and fat
dropping...5lbs drop this week, 19 weeks out today :) All pretty
easy to follow still, zero cheats in a weeks now but no issues,
hammer will be dropped at 16 weeks :)

Evening all... Apologies for not being in much.. Work is very
very busy and I am putting in some long hours, many one to one
clients daily, group sessions too plus article writing and
videos for site social media is taking up much of my time.
As of yesterday I am 17 weeks out, weight is down to 218.6lbs
down from start weight of 232lbs, cuts starting to come through
       and looking leaner and leaner.
Calories have remained the same 2 weeks now as weight dropping
easily and only adding in a 16 minute walk post last meal daily
this week so cardio still minimal.
Training is going well, strength still building and new blast
starts in 2 weeks time at 15 weeks out and will run until show.
Blast starts light and builds as we approach the comp.
I will be holding condition for a few weeks post comp as booked
in for photo shoot after and I'm looking if any other comps on
around the same time to get a second show in while in good
       condition 😊
I will update as and when I can to keep you posted on comp build
up, hope you are all well 👍💪

       Thanks boys :)
Quick check in... still uber busy but going great...15 weeks out
this sunday, weight remained pretty much static past 2 weeks but
body composition really improving, abs back out, vascularity
back and comp blast started on Monday, will be run straight
through to comp in October...I also have a photo shoot booked a
few weeks post comp so will hold condition for that. I will then
go into a long cruise as i enter off season.
I am in a similar week to last year in prep but comparing
pictures I am looking much improved one year on... training is
flying and feeling much better than last year, still no actual
cardio in there just making sure I hit 10K steps daily and its
working well...this time last year i was on 4 x 40 min sessions
already so much more left in the tool bag than last year,
calories also higher than last year.
Hope you are all well and apologies i no longer have the time to
       post :(
