Not really familiar with JP style of training but I believe he
took a lot of his from Dante trudel and DC training, and I can
sort of see that in there.
Interesting approach though starting with one isolation before
hitting the compounds. Is that your choice of perceived weak
       area training?
       Solid work as always BTW.
       [/quote]
       Cheers bud.
His training a few years back was more DC inspired, not quite as
much these days ...though he still likes the extreme stretches.
With regrads to iso work before compounds I assume that is
coaches idea but that's his department! I just do as I am told
       lol!

Love it mate, feel very blessed to live here now, driving back
tonight, the sun broke through and the scenery of hills dropping
down to the sea was just breath taking :)

yesterday I jumped in with a group training session last night
and today lots of one to ones ..all levels and abilities and
love it. Long hours but time during the day to train, write
articles, research for articles ..and eat lol.
Got a good session in today...

Awesome session, kit here is pretty nice, need some heavier
dumbbells and a better barbell but that will come, ok for time
being. Great pumps today and strength up despite weight dropping
       nicely now.
Great to be working in the gym and feeding off the other coaches
       in here training too.
Will slot a Pull session in tomorrow :)

Cheers buddy :) Still a ton to sort out but slowly getting
there, loving the job though, finally feels like I am doing
       something worthwhile.
Dumbbells go up to 65kg so not bad (an incidentally they are
awesome dumbbells), but I amused to having up to 80's. Barbells
are just standard Olympic chrome bars, not ideal...hopefully
that will be changing soon as I am in the planning process of
running a Strength Club...twice weekly powerlifting focused
training for those who wish to learn, so will be needing a few
decent power bars. We are moving locations later this year and
it will be a huge facility so more kit will be coming in :)

into work. Living the dream! Gym looks tidy as well.

Fantastic news mate! Talk about hit the ground running and a
nice little initiation test for you. Sounds like you passed
       with flying colours.
I'm interested on how much impact you feel the cheapy barbells
will have on lifts and progress. I have the blue stripe Tesco
value of barbells and they are pretty much all I've ever used.
