Are you still on something of a bro spilt? That a heck of a
session if you are doing bodyparts more than once a week and
this being the early stages of progression?

Split is:
Upper
Lower (with bi's)
Push
Pull
Legs (with bi's)
Plenty of room for progression yet or as we move deeper into
prep..maintenance.

Not really familiar with JP style of training but I believe he
took a lot of his from Dante trudel and DC training, and I can
sort of see that in there.
Interesting approach though starting with one isolation before
hitting the compounds. Is that your choice of perceived weak
area training?
Solid work as always BTW.

I can’t wait for my next holiday to Devon now. I will be packing
my gym bag in the campervan when the Mrs isn’t looking lol.
