       Another great session today...lat feels healed and zero pain in
       the area, still went carefully but all feeling on point.

       And that was, very pleased my lat feels ok and strength feeling
       very much on point despite so much on, everything feeling very
       much on point at the moment.
       One more session tomorrow...legs again, going to be a big one
       tomorrow!

       Yeah there is a fair old whack in there. Really enjoying the set
       up and every session feels very productive.
       JP inspired no doubt as my coach was coached by him.

       Cheers bud...yup no issues no at all, healed mega quick.
       Was pretty easy, just out of practice and I have always been
       terrible with rack pulls. Actually realised 310kg x 3 is a
       beltless PB from any height so not bad.

       Yes I am mate. He's huge but he can never dial it in for a comp,
       if he ever nails condition he'll be immense.
