Very nice work mate. Glad to hear recovery isn't impacted with
all the stress you're going through.

Looking better without having drop sets in every session, use
sparingly when needed IMHO

Ta mate, yes I must admit I feel the current set up is far more
productive, much prefer the split set up too, was not a fan of
the bro split idea.

Great session today, strength flying still and just a really
enjoyable session. Feeling in a very good place in my second
week into prep, weight dropped quite rapidly this week, very odd
as no change to diet as yet, a good amount of water weight
dropping off no doubt, expecting that to level out now until
check in monday.
Pull 2 tomorrow, lat feels healed enough to push on now but will
be doing an extensive warm up to ensure all ok.

Cracking work as always dude
I am creating a lot of interest over here with the t - shirt the
lass on the checkout in Jumbo (hypermarket) pointed to the logo
then gave a single bicep pose much to the disgust of the Mrs.
This modelling stuff is getting me into trouble .....when's the
vest tops coming out and do you have a spare room in the new
house for when I get kicked out ??
