Good luck with the move mate. So stressful when I did and I
literally moved 6 roads .. half a mile lol!
Mortgage application ? Did you put down your income from your
current job? If you did don’t tell them you’re leaving that
employment as they will probably decline it.. I think you need 3
months proof of income in your current job.

Thanks mate...just the 163 miles for me!! Lots of graft ahead
but will be so worth it!
Yes mate, used my old employment and payslips up until this
month..all done at the right time :) Ironically my income is
about to go up but they won't take that into consideration
anyways, especially as its self employed lol. All gone through
at just the right time :)

in the wild. Fucking bull ants over here thats another story
barstards will actually swarm you as a group. Quite a thing to
see as you walk past a nest and they all ripple like fabric as
they all turn and run towards you at the same time!
OX - cracking session mate even with everything going on at once
you are still smashing it

Great session today, had some pre workout for first time in
months and it really helped.
Rotation 2 Week 2 Morning BW - 226.4lbs
Lower 2
Lying Leg Curls
45kg x 10
75kg x 6
75kg x 6
75kg x 8
These are moving well, nice slow negatives and held peak
contraction.
Close Stance Leg Press
140kg x 10
200kg x 10
320kg x 15
400kg x 6
320kg x 15
Not done for some time, kept form very tight and quads blew up
well from these.
Close Stance Hack Squats
40kg x 10
80kg x 10
140kg x 6 rep pb
125kg x 11 rep pb
Strength going up well on these, close stance is somuch harder
but focus on quads is spot on.
Sissy Hacks
Sled x 24 rep pb
The burn in quads from these is huge, so painful.
Single Leg Leg Extension - Muscle Rounds
40kg x 4, 4
40kg x 4, 4
40kg x 4, 4
40kg x 4, 4
40kg x 4, 4
40kg x 4, 4
Quads in tatters after these, quads finished off nicely, bit
shaky on my feet after.
Seated Leg Curls
90kg x 12
90kg x 12
Slow controlled reps with a good squeeze at peak contraction.
Seated Calf Raise
45kg x 12
47.5kg x 12
47.5kg x 11
47.5kg x 10
Moving well today and got a good ROM...weights creeping up.
Strict EZ Curls
30kg x 22
40kg x 8
Dumbbell Preacher Curls
17kg x 12
22kg x 7
Dumbbell Spider Curls
17kg x 12
17kg x 12
Seated Hammer Curls
17kg x 22
Nice bicep blast to end things up with, pumps were insane and
vascularity coming back nicely.
And that was that, loving these new sessions.
Diet, training, recovery...everything feeling very very good, a
good start to prep for sure. Push 2 tomorrow.
