Lol you want to talk snakes and spiders come for a trip down
here mate!
Used to be scared of spiders but so commonplace now I just smush
them with my hand.
No the big ones though... they would probably smush me back!
Best of luck with the move mate! Having snakes in the car is an
awesome theft deterrent though mind you!

Great to see you both here RAD and Brett :) So glad this forums
working so far!
Yes well I bet you two have all sorts out in your back gardens,
best I have in Devon is slow worms lol!
Front room is a bit more interesting lol.
Just been working out the logistics of where my 12 foot Burmese
Python can be housed until the big posh outdoor, insulated and
heated log cabin (Snake pit!) is built lol!

Week 1 of prep done and first of the 6 week clean up
phase...3lbs down and feeling good.
1 more week in current job/house then I start new coaching job
next week :) Our mortgage applications has successfully gone
through, divorce going along well and a multitude of other
things coming together. Nothing like doing everything at once
is there?!
So much to sort but its all positive, lots of online client work
to sort out this week and next too.
Anyways todays session
Rotation 1 Week 2 Morning BW - 228.4lbs
Push 2
Bench Press
40kg x 10
80kg x 10
100kg x 10
120kg x 5
140kg x 6
120kg x 12
Very out of practice as not benched in weeks but strength there,
movement just feels off from lack of practice. Will be back to
160kg+ for 6+ reps soon enough. 120kg felt like a feather,
started to find my groove again.
Incline Hammer Press
80kg x 10
120kg x 8
100kg x 12
Moving well and got a very nice pump from these, slow,
controlled reps.
Floor Press
80kgx 10
100kg x 5
140kg x 3
120kg x 6
100kg x 13
140kg too heavy at this stage and at this point in the routine.
Moved ok though.
Flat Dumbbell Press
34.5kg x 20
Bit light but wanting to stick to around 20 reps as per plan so
will slowly eek them up.
Standing Pec Dec - Muscle Rounds
84kg x 4
84kg x 4
84kg x 4
bit light so
91kg x 4
91kg x 4
91kg x 4
Awesome pumps and a nice slow, controlled negative stretch every
rep.
EZ Tricep Pressdowns - Muscle Rounds
41.25kg x 4
41.25kg x 4
41.25kg x 4
41.25kg x 4
41.25kg x 4
41.25kg x 4
Used a different machine to normal and the negatives felt way
better, much smoother.
V Bar Pulldowns - Muscle Rounds
80kg x 4
80kg x 4
80kg x 4
80kg x 4
80kg x 4
80kg x 4
Still being cautious of lat but its pretty much ok now.
Hammer Rows
120kg x 8
100kg x 12
Smith Barbell Rows
80kg x 12
80kg x 12
Still being careful so went with nice slow, squeezing reps.
Underhand Hammer Pulldowns
80kg x 4
80kg x 4
80kg x 4
80kg x 4
80kg x 4
80kg x 4
Very nice reps and got a nice ROM, lat feeling very good.
Cable Side Lateral Raise
15kg x 15
Seated Dumbbell Lateral Raise
11kg x 42 rep pb lol
Crazy crazy shoulder pump!
Decline Sit Ups - Muscle Rounds
20kg x 4
20kg x 4
20kg x 4
20kg x 4
20kg x 4
20kg x 4
And that was that, very nice session, really enjoying this new
set up. Training day calories remaining the same this week but
rest day calories coming down. An anti e is being added this
week too.
Week 2 of prep begins :)

Good luck with the move mate. So stressful when I did and I
literally moved 6 roads .. half a mile lol!
Mortgage application ? Did you put down your income from your
current job? If you did don’t tell them you’re leaving that
employment as they will probably decline it.. I think you need 3
months proof of income in your current job.
