Okay todays Pull session was a carefully thought out one to take
into account that slight tear on the lat insertion, I was very
careful with weights and didn't push the stretch a whole lot.
Went well and tbh injury feels much improved tonight.

       35kg x 4
Hammer Strength High Row - Muscle Rounds
       40kg x 10
       80kg x 8
       100kg x 4
       100kg x 4

       77kg x 10
       63kg x 20
       Dumbbell Shrugs
       52kg x 18
       62kg x 10
       Reverse X Over
       15kg x 20

       50kg x 4
       50kg x 4
And that was that, all pretty light and more muscle rounds added
as per coaches advice while healing, went well, injury feeling
       much better.
Loving this new training set up, not mentioned it I don't
       think...
       Session 1 - Upper
       Session 2 - Lower
       Session 3 - Push
       Session 4 - Pull
       Session 5 - Legs
Feeling strong and motivation flowed right back, one more week
at the old gym before making my move to the coast and begin my
new career and start using the new gym, in the meantime, huge
       legs session tomorrow!

1 week left bet you cannot wait! Awesome session as always!
How did you tear your lat? Was it same lat as previous tear?

How are you going to transport Ernie? Will you get his viv set
       up before you move him?

Cheers bud...would be even earlier as I have a few more days
holiday owed at current job but they are desperate for me to
stay as long as possible so being helpful i'm staying 2 extra
days, still a week off my actual leave date so happy enough.

       Thanks dude.
Very excited, very nervous too as such a huge change but its
such an awesome opportunity :) Still lots of travelling back for
my daughter but hopefully it will mean I can provide her with a
       much better lifestyle :)
I tore it picking up a 20kg plate off the floor, must have been
a funny angle :( No but that was other side in middle of the
muscle itself, this is on the insertion point. TBH it may have
just been a strain, missus thinks it slighty tore but its very
minor, improving by the day thankfully :)

He and my big Dumerils boa are a tad awkward.
I am building a large insulated/heated garden room but that
won't be immediately, it will be done over summer so they will
be accommodated in the house for now, just enough room for now.
I am hiring a Sprinter van to move all the big stuff...fridge,
washing machine etc so his viv can go in as is and he can go in
a big duvet cover and box in back seat of car for the journey
down. Will set viv up when we get there and whack him straight
       in :)
I'm taking all the small snakes and spiders tonight, just sat in
their enclosures. This time of year its safe to do so :)
       So much to sort!!
