I’ve saved a few bits down over the years, hope this helps some
people.
Haven’t tried all the links recently but most should be ok, if
one is broken let me know and we can search for it and update.
This collection of routines was originally put together by
Icemach in the mid 2000’s.

Fantastic stuff Animal. I was going to do something similar
later on today but you’ve covered things in much more depth than
I could have done.
To confuse the muscles should I run each new routine every
training session? ;)

Yes confusing the muscles is very important! You don’t want it
to start thinking for itself !
But how you choose to run your individual micro sessions is up
to you, it’s the greater meso cycle which needs the most thought
