Rattled out those pin presses no problems.
Coaches can be useful but if you don't need him every session
then you can certainly argue that you don't need him as you have
the motivation and accountability. Would he perhaps be up for
just a once a month check in, no pressure progress check and
tweak if you needed and could afford that. (But you always have
us lot for free ready to tell you to ignore injuries and to just
man up and get on with it LOL)

Yeah you don't need a coach when you have us ......... you'll
just need a ambulance!!
Venting is what makes a journal imo.

Some of them were entertaining at least.
Some of the members were borderline trolls I think 😁
Nice work dude I’ve just done my first superset in about 7
years. I remember why I don’t like them lol

Without a doubt, then many members on a forum that well known at
it's best, we had loads of trolls. But people couldn't resist
responding to them (it got quite messy behind the scenes at one
point). But the core solid members were some of best
