       Journal of a GymRat

Ayy up fellas, Apparently one of the blokes from the usual forum
is being a splitter, and this is where he's gone, so here i am
       too.
Had a quick read of some recent entries and i see this isn't a
private forum so it'll be a somewhat less personal journal for
me. Still glad to be here.
       Fblock 1, Week 4, Shoulders
This session was nearly a write off, due to something personal
popping up mid session. Still managed to get my session
finished, was quite a satisfying session. Even though i had
originally intended to do some cardio and core after I sacked
       that off.

Ey-up.... welcome across... I'll have to see if I can create a
private forum here. It's been so long since we set this up I
can't remember exactly what it can do here. There definitely is
a private section that was for ALL of us mods here LOL so it
       must be doable.

LOL He just needs a gentle steering back to the dark side
although I have heard Australia is a bit of a twat to get gear
....not sure how true that is.

Eeesh fellas, it's been a bit of a week for me. Long story short
I think me and the missus have split, probably for good this
time. She's gone to a mates for a few weeks, so I've got the
       house to myself.
Managed to not miss a gym session though. I'll post them all in
this post, so apologies for this lmao
       Fblock 1, Week 5, Pull
       Yesterdays session
Massively rushed this day, tried to squeeze in a session after
my evening class at uni, ended up having to skip some of the
bicep work which is a bit annoying as I'm pretty sure my biceps
are one of my biggest weaknesses. Was a good session though,
considering everything thats going on. It's been a long couple
       of days.

Todays session was a great session, feel like I'm finding a real
connection with keeping tension in my chest throughout any
pushing movements. Still figuring out strength on triceps
though, seems to be all over the place week to week. I assume as
i bring more chest into it, triceps will be less fatigued.
Currently feeling very small, and then every so often i catch a
reflection of myself and it looks very good compared to a few
weeks ago, so the cut it is working.

Diet has not been on point as I'm an emotional eater, and
managed to nail an entire tin of celebrations (minus the bountys
       cause theyre disgusting)

On the bright side your still putting in some awesome
sessions...... training is a great way to escape things for a
       little bit.
And not surprised your diet has took a hit it will soon come
back once your more on a even keel.
       Agreed bountys are god awful!!
