50kg x18 (-0)
*lead with elbows
Rope Pressdowns (1x15-20)
50lbs x19 (-0)
30lbs +2.5kg x19 (-0)
Underhand: 20lbs x16 (-2)
Lat Pulldowns (1x15-20)

WG Inverse Rows (1x15-20)
BW +3kg x16 (+0.5kg)
*notch on ring finger, straps
Spider Curls (1x15-20) <L8>
15kg x16 (-1)
Short and sweet one today. Decided to skip the legs as I have
offered to help move five cubic metres of mulch tomorrow by hand
and I’ll need my hammies at full power. I did a little warmup
set on the pec deck to get in the groove. Managed to squeeze one
new rep out but this turned out to be the only rep gained today.
Uprights, press downs and pulldowns managed to match reps for
the most part. Inverse rows used a 3kg DB instead of the plate
hence the small increase in weight. Curls thought I gained one
only to double check last sesh to see I in fact dropped one. I
didn’t track cals over the weekend and a few times I woke up
hungry so this suggests I didn’t eat enough. Oh well. Cut starts
Wednesday anyway.

It could go very wrong! I think I’d have to do it in sections
say 30cm squares then mount them perhaps? Long way off though
still saving a deposit!
I’m looking forward to Romulus apparently it’s quite good. And
deadpool 3 I haven’t seen yet. 😁
No idea on the hack squat. Most things were the same although
the ham curl was different. They also have a chest supported
rows which I would love for my gym to buy, but seeing as they
don’t even want to buy toilet paper I’m guessing that’s not
going to happen LOL.

Hey buddy! It has been a while! Let’s see, divorced the wife,
moved into a flat, have a new girl, changed posting twice at
work, got promoted, turned 40, saving for a house deposit,
seeing plenty of the kids, happier and more fulfilled than I’ve
ever been! Other than that same old. 😁
You still living in Portugal? Last I remember you were looking
forward to blowing up a rock with some dynamite. Then you
stopped posting 🤣
How you been?

The amount of times I mis-read my log and end out dropping a rep
rather than gaining a rep... I usually just blame my age but you
don't have that excuse... yet.
Romulus, that's yet another Alien spin off isn't it, hopefully
it will be decent. I've not seen DP3 yet either.
Nice summary for Rad, fair to say he has missed a bit LOL

noise, loads of crap sailing through the air and when the dust
settled I had lost my fcukin house.
Sounds like your life is well on the up really happy for you
dude.
Yeah still in Portugal moved off the residential site still own
it but had to get away everyone was just constantly finding me
work,so have a really nice place a few hours up the road, built
some cabins for me and the Mrs and my mam still got loads to do
but it's coming along nicely.

It was a nice little summary wasn’t it 😁
I just re-read it and suddenly I feel tired lol.
She kept the house but I guess it’s only fair as she already had
it when we got together! LOL
She did end up with more but I am better with money. I will have
more than her in 10 years. We are still amicable though which is
great especially for the kids benefit.
Sounds like you’ve been busy too mate! Your own gym too! Good
for you getting on the gear. I did for a few years but I decided
it wasn’t for me in the end.

The mad thing is, if you had the house before you got together,
you'd have had to give it to her too in all likelihood.

Yeah if you can keep things civil it's a lot better in the long
run especially for the kids,my ex was putting the kids through
hell but she always was a twisted sick fcuk.
I have no doubt over time you will be a lot better off my life
took a awesome turn after my divorce and like yourself I have
never been happier.
I remember when you were running halo, good man going back to
natty it's only old idiots like me and DV that like the gear
lol.

I really have never been happier mate! She really is an angel.
As for the gear I did a few proper cycles (about 4?) made some
gains was in great shape, but when the hair started migrating
from my head to my shoulders that was it for me!
