       Hi, I used to be a member of the old MT a few years ago. Glad
       it’s still going although in a different form. I’m 55 now and
       back training, mostly with kettlebells. Good to see some names I
       recognise from back then too.

       Don't expect the same amount of busyness as MT of old. Forums
