       The big lesson today is that I need to reduce the weight and
       work on some reps in my specific weak zone.  That's everything
       from eye level up.  My shoulders take over if I let them which

       Tired and weak today.  No energy and in all honesty could not be
       bother this morning.  Lats are killing me (which is a good
       thing) and I just feel a bit meh.

       Still got to get still done even if it is basically just going
       through the motions. Getting some tick over work in is better
       than nothing at all. I just hot done what I could, which as you
       point out didnt turn out too shabby. Its days like this that
       really count.

       Awesome KM session yesterday.  The crux of the lesson was
       creating distance with kicks which is one of my strengths.  But
       not only that it was with moving kicks so you can get even more
       momentum and body weight behind it. I ended up having to work
       against the padded wall with my training partner as my kicks
       were sending him flying.
       I feel tired today but not meh, very motivated to get shit done.
