Yeh def pendlays. Weights reset and move from a dead stop. BOR
the bar never touches the floor. These are so much safer then
proper BOR and you can load up more weight!

Ha the semantics debate continues. Ok so here's the logic, I
have some body English in the form of some relatively minor leg
drive. In my book a true Pendlay would not have this, they
should be strict with no change in back angle. Therefore I
label them as bent over rows. I suppose since I return the bar
to the floor each time I could call them dead start BOR but
that's splitting hairs. They can be Pendlays if you like.
If we really want to have fun then check out the Rip Rows

However unless I specifically state otherwise to me a BOR can
encompass a spectrum of minor form differences. I'm more in the
Brian camp on this (if you look closely Brians giant set might
look a bit familiar...)

I think you just compared me to Bane...I'm ok with this. I'm
guessing my reckless, blasé attitude is rubbing on your OCD.
I'll keep quiet about when I deliberately stick a small plate on
one end of the bar to make it a touch uneven. Do you know what,
you're tongue in cheek description is not too far away from
where my deadlift assistance is going...gods what have I done.

Whatever row they are, they're a strong row.

Strong strong rows mate. The dragon flag is impressive as well -
I used to be able to them quite well when younger but could see
my abs cramping when attempting that now

Thanks mate, aiming to get them the same as much bench numbers
in order to preserve balance, no there yet though. My upper abs
are super sore today and they do cramp a bit if I move in
certain positions so I didn't get off scott free. My aim is to
have no movement at the hip so it's a work in progress. Damn
they are hard work.

The ab wheel iso holds look good. As if the ab wheel wasn't
already hard enough though lol!
