Nails, that video you linked was very interesting. I'm so
tempted to try that next! Will see if I can get a spreadsheet
done in time, if not it is definitely on my to-do list.
I've been after a powerbuilding program based on the 4 big lifts
for a while now. Most of the stuff I've seen online look a bit
cut-and-paste so far, but that one ticks all the boxes. His
channel looks good as well. Cheers for the link mate.

Glad it helped. I'm putting together a sheet now, I can email
it to you when I'm done if you like.

Evil deadlifts indeed mate. Look great for keeping brace strong
       when repping.

Paused dead’s are so humbling! Evil dead’s look masochistic!
When we going to see you get that big tyre out the garage? How
       much does it weigh?

Cheers guys, yes the evil deads are horrible but amazing at the
same time. It's like each part is a separate lift so I can
focus on getting bit right but overall it's hardest on my brace.
Maintaining tension for the extended time it takes to complete
a lift is very difficult. Lots of mental toughness required to
       get through an entire set.
I've been thinking about how to work the tyre in. Ideally I'd
like to do a trial run first as I don't know how much noise it
will make, that's a big factor with am training. On the grass
near my garage should be ok. It weighs about 230kg but I've
stashed a few more car tyres in there which puts it up to around
250kg so it's a baby really. In competition the heaviest I've
had to flip is 350kg for rep. However, I've also had a crack at
a 500kg which was insanely hard.

Bloody love paused deads, IMO one of the finest deadlift
accessory lifts. Paused against bands even better!
