Was that a double session? Or did you just break for lunch
       during your session lol?
       [/quote]
Ha no, I always do the pull aparts, planks and rows at lunch.
Takes about 10 minutes and just gets a bit more work in on areas
I know I'm lacking. Now I love food as much as the next man but
6:50am is a bit early for lunch in my book.

Ah if only a smith was an option. For pure loading I think the
smith is the way to go. However, I think the balance and core
stability elements are actually a bonus for my goals but I think
there's more marital arts carryover than pure strength
carryover. There's a few youtube videos of people basically
doing what I'm doing but with crazy weights so I think with
       practice it will come.

Cheers mate. I'm working on decreasing my rest times so I can
squeeze some more work in. Also I find I've got stack of energy
for my top set of the day but when it comes to back off and
supplemental sets I mentally lose focus. Therefore I've decided
to stop fighting it and simply switch to an assistance lift
instead. In theory I should get more work done and since rest
is cut short I'll also get a conditioning benefit.

6:50am was home time, I'm up at 5am most days. It takes me
about half a hour to become human then I start a bit of moving
around and basic mobility. I'm usually out and training some
       time between 5:45am and 6am.

Cheers dude. I plan to apply this format to all of my lifts, it
will take a bit of experimentation to get right but it's the
       goal.

Cheers mate, since you're a 531 fan, the below video outlines
the direction I'm taking my training. I'll likely switch
between the 531 style and linear progression as and when I feel.

       Wednesday 05th June 2019
I've had a bit of a mix up in my training week as my youngest
was up all night on Monday. Therefore, I've shifted everything
by 1 day and I won't take my usual Thursday rest.
       X Band Rows

       x 25 reps
       x 25 reps
       Band Overhead Extensions
       x 25 reps
       x 25 reps
       x 25 reps
       Deficit Deadlift
       70kg x 5 reps --Hook Grip
       A1 Band Good Mornings
       x 15 reps
       x 15 reps
       x 15 reps
       x 15 reps
       A2 Deficit Deadlift
       --Hook Grip
       120kg x 5 reps
       160kg x 5 reps
       200kg x 3 reps
       --Straps
235kg x 2 reps -- Damn. The cardio element was getting to me at
this point and it turned me into a gibbering weakling. I think
I should bring my training max down for a few weeks and work
back up as I adjust to the new workload. If I ditch the straps
I will be limited to my hook grip which also need work. Seems
       like a winner to me.
       A3 Sledgehammer Swings
       x 5 reps (Each Side)
       x 5 reps (Each Side)

       B1 SSB Squat
       60kg x 8 reps
       60kg x 8 reps
       60kg x 8 reps
B2 EVIL Deadlift (Deficit 4 pause)
       120kg x 5 reps
       120kg x 5 reps
120kg x 5 reps --TBH there was a few times when I could have
paused for half a second longer so I need to be mindful of this
in the future. I went lighter on these today and my main sets
above were heavier than intended. Even so these were by no
       means easy.
Absolutely destroyed at this point. It was only 45 minutes and
I had time for some other odds and ends but I was done.
       Lunch
       Band Pull Aparts

       Seated Band Rows
