44yo and back at it post fusion.

Hello Gentlemen! As many of you know I had my spine fused in
2019. I am finally to a place that I can train. I have been on
TRT for over a decade. So I am bumping it up to a cycle dose and
throwing in a touch of Tren E. Will bang this out for 14wks and
then take a break and work on more stretching yoga and stuff
while cruising. The glory days of the DLs and Squats are a thing
of the past. I still refuse to go quietly to the grave.
       🤣🤣🤣

How's the recovery process, mate? As we've all got older many
have seen the requirements for heavy squatting and DL take a
back seat. The'll obviously always be great lifts but aren't
essential and have brutal fatigue factors compared to other
lifts which is compatible for everyone

Recovery was brutal. Took me almost a year to walk normal
without a limp. I am now where I can run for exercise but prefer
to swim for cardio. The biggest thing you can do is rebuild your
core which is bringing it all together for me. Had to start with
old school planks. Overall a very humbling experience.

Once again back at it after another round of trauma. This is
like the 3rd time to rebuild this mess. LOL!

What's been going on this time, mate? I take it the fusion has
       had complications?
